JEROME M. DOUGLAS was born April 18, 1969 in Mountainside, New Jersey . He attended Ramapo College , Mahwah , New Jersey graduating in 1991. Mr., Douglas attended Northeastern University School of Law and completed his law degree in 1995 and was then admitted to the New Jersey and Federal District Bars.

Immediately thereafter, Mr. Douglas commenced a one year term as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Bruce A. Gaeta of the Superior Court of New Jersey. While clerking for Judge Gaeta, Mr. Douglas assisted the Judge with a precedent setting death penalty case, State v. John Martini.

In 1996, Mr. Douglas entered private practice and was engaged in the field of criminal defense, matrimonial law, transactional and municipal matters throughout Bergen , Passaic , Morris and Hudson Counties .

In 2002, Mr. Douglas joined the law firm of Albert Buzzetti & Associates, L.L.C. Mr. Douglas specializes and all aspects and elements of transactional law, including commercial and residential real estate transactions, lease negotiations, tenancy evictions, business sales and acquisitions and general transactional matters.

Mr. Douglas is also a certified National Football League Player's Association contract advisor ("agent") and has represented many professional athletes over the years with regard to their professional contracts and private legal matters.
